1 Key Definitions

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The dh678 website and all services under it.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who holds a registered account on dh678 or uses its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any financial stake placed by a user, applicable to sports betting or casino games.

2 Registration Requirements

2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. The user is responsible for all activities carried out under their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Standard processing time applies for funds to be reflected in the account after a deposit is completed.
• Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited; the depositor and the account holder must be the same person.

3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the original deposit method.
• After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Fulfilling wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus balance is mandatory (see Section 4 for details).
• dh678 may temporarily hold a withdrawal to complete identity verification if necessary.
• dh678 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals during any active investigation.

4 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit into a dh678 account, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a further ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4 Wagering Requirement

To be eligible to withdraw a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be fulfilled. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• All valid bets placed with bonus funds will count towards wagering.
• If an account is closed before the requirements are met, unused bonuses will be forfeited.
• dh678 reserves the right to change the duration, terms, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

5 VIP Tiers & Benefits

The dh678 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and regular participation. dh678 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses through linked accounts.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, cheating, or money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Accessing or interfering with another user's account.
• Providing false identity or documents.

6 Ensuring Fair Play

The dh678 platform uses SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure the fairness of all games. If any suspicious activity is detected, dh678 reserves the right to conduct an investigation and may temporarily suspend an account if necessary.

7 General Betting Conditions

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the platform has its own cash-out feature, in which case separate conditions apply.
• dh678 reserves the right to void a bet in the case of incorrect odds or results due to technical errors.
• General rules will apply to markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sport.

8 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Contact our support team for self-exclusion or permanent closure as part of responsible gaming.

8 Closure at dh678's Initiative

dh678 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or any legal requirement. In such cases, the valid balance will be returned, however, bonuses or funds from suspicious transactions may be forfeited.
