dh678's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Know your limits — dh678 places the safety and well-being of every player as its top priority. For ages 21+, play responsibly.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
dh678 believes gaming should be purely a source of fun and entertainment — not a cause of financial stress or emotional hardship. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, taking breaks at the right time, and not letting gaming take priority over other areas of your life.
We have built tools and features into our platform to help keep you informed and safe. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — protecting you at dh678 is our responsibility.
If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, contact our support team without delay. Our 24/7 live chat and email support are always by your side.
Our Commitment
dh678 works with every user's mental health and financial safety in mind. We are committed to creating a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment. Through SSL encryption and fair play standards, we keep your information and funds secure.
Safety Tools
dh678 gives you a range of effective tools to stay in control of your gaming experience. Use these features at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, it takes effect immediately, and a fixed waiting period applies before the limit can be increased. Our minimum deposit is just ৳300.
Time-Out Feature
Take a time-out when you need a break. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. No login or betting will be possible during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. This option locks your account for an extended period. Promotional communications are also stopped while self-exclusion is active.
Gaming History Review
Your full betting and transaction history is available in your account. Review your spending regularly and take action if you notice any unusual patterns.
Reality Check
Enable reality check to receive automatic reminders at set intervals. It will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent — a simple way to stay aware.
Support Always by Your Side
For any questions or help with responsible gaming, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English.
Recognise the Warning Signs
Be alert if you notice the signs below — they may be early signals of addiction. If you see these signs in yourself or someone close to you, seek help promptly.
- You are betting beyond your budget and placing more bets to recover losses.
- You feel restless or irritable without gaming, and thoughts of the next bet are constantly on your mind.
- You are hiding your gaming from family or friends, or lying about it.
- You are using savings, loans, or money meant for essential expenses on gaming.
- You are trying to stop gaming but cannot, and keep failing.
- Gaming is causing harm to your work, studies, or relationships.
- After a loss, you are playing again to escape the feeling of disappointment or anger.
Help Yourself
If you notice one or more of the signs above, take action now. dh678 does not judge you — we only want what is best for you.
As a first step, let our support team know. They will help you use the right tools — deposit limit, time-out, or self-exclusion, whichever you need.
Remember: asking for help is an act of courage. You are not alone.
Best Practices for Safe Gaming
Do
- Set a fixed budget before you start playing and stick to it.
- Treat gaming as entertainment — never assume a win is guaranteed.
- Take regular breaks and give time to other hobbies and family.
- Use the deposit limit and reality check tools.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
Don't
- Do not place larger bets after a loss to feel better or to recover.
- Do not game with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or when you are under mental stress.
- Do not treat gaming as your main source of income.
- Do not place excessive bets based on guesswork.
Age Verification & Minor Protection
dh678 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Preventing minors from accessing the gaming platform is our highest responsibility.
Age is verified at the time of account registration. If a minor uses your device, notify us immediately — we will take the necessary steps.
As a parent or guardian, you can use parental control software to block access to sites of this kind for children. Never share your account password with anyone.
For Ages 21+
This platform is for adults only. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.
Bonus & Wagering Awareness
dh678 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus — up to ৳5,000. While the bonus is attractive, it is important to stay informed about it.
Wagering requirements apply at 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn if this requirement is not met.
Do not deposit beyond your budget in pursuit of a bonus. A bonus is a benefit — do not put yourself under extra pressure to claim it.
Bonus Example
Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
Wagering required to withdraw: ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets.
Maximum bonus example: Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total ৳17,000.
